So why is the deforestation of our world so important?
Think about it. The trees on this planet provide many vital ecological purposes, which without, we might not even be able to survive. Beside our essentials of food, water, and sunlight is the key element of life on earth: air. Ready for a little chemistry? Because of photosynthesis, trees and other plants provide us more oxygen to breathe as they take in the carbon dioxide which we out put to grow. They're saving us from ourselves, in a sense, as they clean up the mess we've made a little, by using that carbon dioxide from us using our cars, and other everyday life actions.
